I know just what it can be like.

You’re tired all the time.

You’re reaching for another slice of cake, or a coffee, just to get through the day.

You feel like you’re being ruled by your hormones.

You’re stiff & achy all over, for no reason.

You’re desperate to get some good-quality sleep.

You’re wondering where your brain has gone and you’re really missing your old self.

And probably some other things thrown into the mix as well!

I know what it’s like, because I was there once as well.

As we enter our 40’s, our hormones can change dramatically - and it can wreak havoc with our lives…

We’ve often been so busy building our careers and looking after our family we forget to look after the most important person - ourselves. But it’s crucial, because when we’re in a good place it’s easier to look after ourselves and the people we care about as well.

Not enough hours in the day…

We can stop eating healthily and exercising regularly. Our anxiety and stress can go up, and things like meditation or journalling go down. Or maybe we fit self-care in when we can and feel good for a while, but soon we’re back to square one again.

Struggling to manage…

Our confidence in ourselves and our abilities gets eroded, and we might start to question our lives and choices. We might have limiting beliefs and trauma in our past (sometimes without even knowing it), and they can start to seep through the cracks.

As I began my own journey (because it’s definitely a journey, not a destination), I started coaching others on the same path.

And I discovered there are so many of us! We’re all unique women, but the came combinations of issues came up again and again:
