I help neurodivergent employees thrive in the workplace, leading to better productivity, engagement, and retention.
Supporting neurodivergent employees isn’t just about compliance; it’s about unlocking potential, reducing stress, and building a truly inclusive culture.
Awareness of neurodivergence is the first step in shining a light on what environments and activities support your neurodivergent employees and which ones hinder them.

With a background in corporates including Bloomberg, Standard & Poor’s and Barclays, I understand the fast-paced demands of high-performance environments and what it takes to build workplace strategies that actually work.
I offer bespoke online small group coaching sessions for organisations. These are typically shorter, more intense interventions of four sessions and are suitable for neurodivergent employees who need support in utilising their full strengths at work without the risk of overwhelm, exhaustion and burnout. The benefit of small groups is the added support and accountability.
My coaching sessions have been designed to be highly holistic and sustainable and include:
-Perimenopause (hormones, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, connection)
-Strengths
-Executive functions (self-awareness, emotional regulation and RSD, motivation, impulsivity, memory, problem-solving)
-Mindset techniques
These 6 or 12 online sessions are suitable for midlife women with ADHD who are being held back at work as a result of their ADHD and need support to understand how to work with their ADHD brain in order to reach their full potential.
It incorporates identifying strengths as well as what support and self-care is needed in order to recharge & rebuild in order to work more effectively and sustainably. 1-1 sessions can be helpful for someone who has experienced burn-out, has a unique set of circumstances or needs a highly specific combination of health, mindset and executive function support.
As a neurodivergent business owner, the parent of a neurodivergent daughter, and someone who has first-hand experience of burnout, I understand the challenges faced by late-diagnosed professionals.
