About Me
You don’t need fixing. You need understanding and the right support.
I am here to empower you on your journey of learning, growth & transformation.
Hello and welcome!
I’m Caroline, a Swedish outdoor personal trainer and ADHD & Health coach.
I’m passionate about supporting women, especially mothers, as I believe they are amazing and deserve proper attention and care.Â
I’ve been a fitness and nature lover all my life but only re-trained as a personal trainer after I went through my own physical challenges after having children.
I then studied NLP and mindset and, combined with core rehab, created Mamaste Fitness & Wellbeing to support mothers in my local community in west London.Â
At the age of 46, I was diagnosed with ADHD. After some initial grief and relief, I learnt everything I could about neurodivergence, hormones and nervous system regulation. As part of this process, I qualified as an ADHD coach as well as a Health & Wellbeing coach.Â
Health remains my passion but I am now also able to see things through a neurodivergent lens.
I coach and train mothers (neurodivergent and neurotypical ones) online and in west London with a focus on holistic health, mindset and nervous system.
I look forward to meeting you soon.
Caroline
What can I offer?

Empathy & Understanding
My personal experiences have shaped a coaching and training approach rooted in empathy and compassion, and I offer a safe space for you to explore and address your challenges, be they physical, emotional or mental.
Together, we’ll navigate this journey with understanding and care.

Personalised Coaching
Whether you're facing particular difficulties with nutrition, exercise, hormone balance, sleep, stress, or mindset, I provide customised strategies to help you make lasting changes. Harnessing your strengths and identifying your saboteurs can be helpful, particularly when you have ADHD.

Holistic Health Approach
I bring scientific insights into hormones, nervous system, neurodivergence, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management to offer a comprehensive plan that addresses all aspects of your well-being. This is essential to women, most especially during the perimenopause and menopause.
Why I'm different
I combine my deep knowledge and experience of health and mindset with neurodivergence to offer a truly holistic service. My Scandinavian heritage continues to influence my values and style of coaching and training which is grounded in science yet highly pragmatic. I don’t believe in quick fixes but a daily commitment to establishing the many small habits that over time add up to transformation.
I still offer outdoor personal training sessions in west London and I’m finally also able to reach more women thanks to my online 1-1 coaching sessions, group programmes and workplace talks that centre on Health, Menopause and ADHD.
The mothers I coach and train come from all walks of life and are typically professional women in their 30s, 40s and beyond.
Having had several different careers throughout my life before setting up my own business, I have a good understanding of the pressures of being a working mum.
I’m fluent in Swedish and Spanish and can offer sessions and talks in these languages on request.
