Hi, it’s great to meet you!

My personal journey has given me a deep understanding of the struggles women often face in their lives, especially neurodivergent women.

My whole life turned upside down after having my children. I experienced postnatal anxiety and depression, and although I tried going back to work I didn’t enjoy it and was constantly unwell.

I trained and studied, to learn about my experiences, and discovered the Hoffman Process and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).

This newfound understanding, combined with my lifelong passion for fitness and the great outdoors, inspired me to set up my first business, helping pregnant women and new mums heal and strengthen their bodies and their minds in nature.

Then I was diagnosed with ADHD, and I realised I wanted to learn much, much more about our female hormones, ADHD, nutrition, and stress management. As part of this process, I trained as a certified ADHD coach as well as an accredited Health & Wellbeing coach.

In parallel, I noticed many of the mothers I worked with also needed coaching, to help them uncover their limiting beliefs and hidden traumas that were stopping them from making the changes in their lives they so desperately wanted and needed.

So I extended my training further, into Therapeutic Coaching. I now offer support to neurodivergent women, especially those with ADHD or ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) who are going through the perimenopause & menopause as a specialist health and mindset coach. I combine my knowledge and experience to offer three packages which work across key areas including nutrition, exercise, hormones, sleep, stress, exercise and mindset as well as executive functions.

II have a unique approach in that I bring together insights into hormones, ADHD, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management to offer a comprehensive plan that addresses all aspects of your well-being. This is essential during the perimenopause in particular as the hormonal changes impact significantly on our dopamine levels, focus, memory, cortisol level and more.

My methods are designed to enhance both your physical health and mental clarity, and focus on helping you cultivate lasting wellness and clarity in your life while working with your neurodivergent brain.
