I know of many mums who feel broken after childbirth, who have lost all sensation in their pelvic floor, or who struggle to regain their core strength. Or pregnant women who have been told not to exercise at all during pregnancy but who are aching all over and know that some movement would be good for them.
​Rest assured: there IS a way to be strong and pain-free again and feel great in your body!
Having a baby is a big deal. The body goes through tremendous change and although this is a normal process, it can be really hard to accept some of those changes. If you are struggling, please take comfort in knowing that none of this is your fault and most things can be improved upon.
I know how you feel because I’ve been there! I tore my pelvic floor after the birth of my first daughter and got multiple umbilical hernias after my second. I ended up with three separate hernia repairs which required A LOT of core rehab. I also suffered from postnatal depression (PND). It’s been a long journey but I’m pleased to say that I’m feeling strong & confident in my body again.

1–1 personal training
This option is for you if you’re either pregnant (pregnancy fitness) or have recently had a baby (postnatal recovery/strength). Here’s what’s included:
- Tailor-made sessions pertaining to your prenatal/postnatal stage
- In your home/garden or local park (W3, W4, W6)
- I bring all the equipment we need
- Careful core recovery programme in order to rebuild your foundation post-birth
- All prenatal and postnatal issues catered for
- Homework tasks/videos
PRICE: £80-£90/session based on blocks of 4-12 sessions.

2-1 personal training
This option is for you if you need bespoke help but for financial reasons cannot afford 1-1 sessions or perhaps you would rather team up with a friend for added motivation and accountability. For best results, you and your friend/partner would have similar goals for personal training.​
PRICE: £60-£67.5/person per session based on blocks of 4-12.

GROUP fitness classes
This option is for you if you love the idea of exercising outdoors with a group of other people to have more fun and increase accountability.
My classes used to be women only but I’ve recently expanded them to include men who value my focus on functional fitness, good technique and rehab.Â
Here’s what’s included:
- Outdoors all year round
- Fresh air
- Community
- Support and chats
- Modifications given including low-impact alternatives or pre- and postnatal adaptions (eg (prolapse, incontinence), diastasis, pelvic girdle pain, carpal tunnel syndrome etc)

£15-18 Per Class in Chiswick
I work with mums who need help strengthening their bodies & minds. I help them feel stronger and reduce or remove pain so that they can have more energy to enjoy motherhood, feel confident, and more like themselves again.
What separates me from other personal trainers and coaches is that I work on the body and the mind, and I’m a mum too so I know what it’s like. I’m a highly qualified pre- and postnatal specialist and health coach. I’ve also gone through lots of motherhood issues myself – from a torn pelvic floor to hernia repairs.
My clients feel reassured that they can be helped and that they’re in safe hands.
