What to expect when we work together

My unique approach to coaching is centred on three separate pillars to guide you on your journey.

1 - Breathe

I believe in the power of nature, tapping into your body and healing your nervous system so my coaching always starts by paying attention to your breath and natural energy.

The ADHD nervous system is often in fight or flight but once we've learnt to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, we are more resourceful and calm enough to understand and unlock our mind.

2 - Believe

Our work starts with increasing our awareness and understanding, so that we can explore what's holding us back.

This often comes down to mindset, limiting beliefs and unconscious habits.

This phase can be a real eye-opener for many clients, especially women going through hormonal changes, burnout or a late ADHD diagnosis.

3 - Balance

Once we’ve worked through the first two stages we can step into who we truly want to be by becoming who we are at our core.

This includes putting self-care at the heart of our lives, playing to our strengths and learning ways to support our nervous system.

From this place of inner calm, confidence and clarity, we can finally operate at our full potential.

This 6-week online group coaching is for up to 12 women (minimum 6) who are going through the perimenopause and who need tailor-made support to understand and better cope with the effect on their ADHD symptoms.

You will understand your ADHD brain, how hormones interact with ADHD, the importance of the right mindset as well as key health pillars to come away with a practical action plan to take into your life.

12 weeks | £1560

Master: Unlearn decades of masking and step into your authentic power

For women who’ve spent decades masking who they really are.

Who it’s for:

This longer online programme incorporates Recharge & Rebuild and builds the blueprint for a new future that includes Calm, Clarity & Confidence.

This is often needed in the case of a late diagnosis of ADHD, AuDHD or Autism as there is often much masking their sensitivity, pushing through overwhelm, operating in survival mode, and automated behaviours that need time, consistency and patience to uncover, heal and replace.

Programme Structure:

In addition to Recharge & Rebuild, this 12-week programme includes:

A deep dive into one key area of health of your choice:

  • Hormones & Perimenopause

  • Nutrition

  • Movement

  • Stress

Coaching using NLP techniques where applicable to help improve key sensitive traits:

  • Self-awareness

  • Emotional regulation and RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria)

  • Motivation

  • Impulsivity

  • Problem-solving

For years, I thought something was wrong with me. I couldn’t understand why I felt everything so intensely, why I needed so much quiet time, why the world felt overwhelming even when everyone else seemed to navigate it just fine.

Then I discovered I have ADHD (and most likely autism) and suddenly, so many pieces of the puzzle fell into place. The overwhelm, the need for different ways to manage, the way my nervous system responds to the world – it all made sense.
